Brian Wolverton

Entrepreneur Brian Wolverton brings a variety of sales, data analysis, project management, development, insurance and investment expertise to Transworld Business Advisors of Charleston. Brian began his career in real estate development sales, later developing a niche in resort community and island property sales. As Vice President of Operations for a business investment and real estate asset management firm, he focused on client budgeting, planning and strategy development to ensure project deadlines were met and client’s expectations were exceeded. Brian added insurance, securities and mortgage to his portfolio working with one of the nation’s leading insurance agencies. As the Charleston area broker of Transworld Business Advisors, a national business broker and franchise consulting firm specializing in business acquisitions, divestitures, franchise purchases and expansions through franchising, Brian establishes invaluable relationships working directly with business owners to help them accomplish their short and long term goals. He has also gained general real estate brokerage, land and commercial real estate sales and development knowledge that compliment his ability to service his clients in the business market. Brian is a member of the International Franchise Professionals Group which better allows him to service clients looking to become franchisees of established franchises across the nation. He also works in association with Franchise Development Group which assists business owners in expanding their current business through franchising. Brian is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Trident Association of Realtors. He earned a bachelor of arts in communications and a masters of arts in education from Wake Forest University and was a four-year starter on the Deacon offensive front, playing under current Detroit Lions head coach, Jim Caldwell. Brian proudly served as a team co-captain and was an All-ACC Academic Team Selectee and a member of the 1999 Aloha Bowl Championship team. Brian returned to Charleston after college, and he currently resides in Mount Pleasant, SC with his wife Monica, their four daughters, and their dog Sullivan.
