Kim started her first business in 1989, a technology consulting and resale firm which she grew to seven figures before joining the Miami Herald in 1998. At the Miami Herald, Kim headed up multiple divisions, managing budgets as large as $40 million and teams of up to 150 people. She left the Miami Herald in 2006 as Vice President of New Initiatives, and founded her second company Possibilities Amplified, a business development consulting firm. Through her third company, Transworld Business Advisors, Kim helps people transition successfully to the next phase of their lives, whatever that might be.
