Prior to his 25+ years of experience as a trusted advisor to various business owners, particularly with M&A transactions, Lance received his BBA in Accounting from Angelo State University in 1991. Later, Lance received his MBA from Texas Tech University in 1996 and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2001. Lance is currently a Certified Public Accountant and holds a license to practice law in the State of Texas. Additionally, Lance has spent several years as a small business owner.
Lance has assisted business owners in many industries, including dentists, physicians and healthcare providers, with advice and services necessary to begin, expand, acquire or sell their businesses. In addition, Lance has represented both buyers and sellers of businesses in numerous M&A transactions valued anywhere from $100,000 up to $50 million by providing advice regarding general business issues, deal structure, negotiation, documentation, and due diligence in business transactions.
Lance enjoys serving his local Church and spending as much time as possible being a husband and father. Lance is also a die-hard baseball and football fan and currently serves his community as a board member for the local youth baseball association.
