FAA Part 135 (Charter Full certificate). The Part 135 Full Certificate is the highest level and enables flexibility like traveling interstate.
Part 61/141 Flight School). Chief Pilot, Director of Operations and Director of Maintenance positions are required to maintain the full certificate.
Part 91 LOA for air tours.
