BUYING A BUSINESS?

Just as selling a business is a complex process, it's equally the same on the other side of the table.  Most buyers are very concerned that they're buying a genuine business that's really generating the sales and profitability declared to them and that they're not overpaying for it. There is going to be some kind of financing involved in any deal and a legal contract with limited time for due diligence - it makes sense to have a broker guiding you.  Best of all, my advice to buyers is completely free.
