Tom Milana is a licensed and certified business intermediary offering his clients the experience of more than seventeen full time years involving Business Brokerage, Commercial Realty and Mergers & Acquisitions. His responsibilities include exclusive seller or buyer representation, market analysis, appraisal, property and business evaluations, as well as client negotiations, marketing and networking both domestic and internationally.
Tom currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR 2005-2008) and the Realtor Association of the Palm Beaches (RAPB 2005-2007); he is also the past Chairman to the RAPB International Business Committee which enables him to network globally with other business and commercial brokers. He has served on the “Ethics and Grievance Committee” for RAPB as well as the “Smart Growth Committee” for the Florida Association of Realtors and World Trade Center of the Palm Beaches Foreign Investment / Real Estate Steering Committee. Tom holds multiple real estate licenses and is a Broker / Director of Transworld Business Brokers, LLC.

A Long Island New York native Tom began his business career cooking for various well known and established restaurants, managing five of the busiest convenience store franchises in New York State and director of inventory for a regional retail distributor, he has lived and worked in South Florida for the past 16 years where he enjoys spending time with his family; wife Natalia and his two children Alexandra 13 and T.J. 11. He travels extensively throughout Europe, Caribbean (time permitting) and enjoys boating, scuba diving and Harley Davidson touring.
