Victor’s foundation comes from a 30+ year leadership career in the banking industry, where he developed a strong track record in relationship management, financial analysis, and complex deal execution. That experience shows up in how he approaches every transaction, with preparation, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

A longtime resident of Newark, Delaware, Victor also has deep roots in Northern New Jersey. Outside of work, he is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his growing family and grandchildren. He is actively involved in local charities, community organizations, and business networks, and is a longtime championship youth baseball coach.
Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University.
