She has owned and operated multiple small businesses in various industries. Through her entrepreneurial work and experience in finance, she has an in-depth understanding of service companies, oil & gas, manufacturing, entertainment, equipment rental, medical clinics and restaurants.

Alicia holds her CPA in the state of Texas and began her career at a Big 4 Accounting Firm where she worked on Fortune 100 clients and gained a strong understanding of developing, reviewing and auditing financial statements. She spent 6 years at a top consulting firm, where she gained extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, supporting her clients in successful transactions.

Leveraging her corporate experience, Alicia has successfully started, purchased, grown and sold several businesses. She has grown her current business 3x since acquisition and is in the sale process. She understands the challenges of a small business and can help owners maximize the value of their company through her hands-on process. She has experience being on both the selling and buying side and utilizes those unique set of skills to connect current owners with buyers who can continue their legacy and to help buyers achieve their dream of being a business owner.
