Brian joined the team after successfully selling his own small business, a CrossFit gym in Boston, MA. He began the gym by hosting free workouts in a park near Harvard Square and grew it into a thriving community before exiting at the tail end of the COVID-19 pandemic. Brian is passionate about helping small business owners cultivate, grow, and deepen their personal relationships with both their staff and customers. He believes that relationships are the cornerstone of building a meaningful life and legacy, and he is particularly excited about assisting business owners in building a strong connection with their buyer and passing on their legacy. Brian's experience spans the fitness, technology, and manufacturing sectors.
Originally from Upstate New York, he spent 20 years in the Boston area. He holds an MBA with a focus on social enterprise and has worked in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Wherever he goes, Brian strives to inject joy and meaning into his work and relationships.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys raising his two energetic boys with his wife. He has a passion for pickleball, mountain biking, fishing, carpentry, and reading.
