Over his 30-year career, Mr. Sgroi has held leadership roles in several different industries, including, retail, food service and administrative outsourcing with private and public companies. Mr. Sgroi earned his BS in finance from Marian University with a minor in business management. In his free time, he enjoys jogging, snow skiing, basketball, football and spending time with his wife and three sons.
