Kerri founded and grew her own managed services company in The Woodlands, serving clients across healthcare, legal, manufacturing, and oil & gas. She built it from the ground up — hiring teams, negotiating contracts, retaining clients, and driving year-over-year growth. That experience gives her a firsthand understanding of what business owners go through, both in building their companies and in deciding when it's time for the next chapter. Before joining Transworld, Kerri worked as a senior business consultant, helping companies restructure operations, implement new technologies, and improve profitability. Her ability to dig into the numbers, identify inefficiencies, and deliver results made her a trusted advisor to business owners across multiple industries. Kerri holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University. Outside of work, Kerri is a devoted family woman with a love for animals — her family's farm is home to dogs, chickens, and a growing crew of four-legged friends.
