Laura Ruether has been making business buyers and sellers happy since 2012; and in 2015, she took over the Transworld Business Advisors Missouri Central territory. Laura has sold millions of dollars worth of businesses and yet will offer the smallest of customer the same level of expertise.
Before becoming a business broker, Laura started her career as a business/technology teacher and then started and grew a home based software development company into a National company serving all 50 states and several foreign countries. After selling that company in 2012, Laura concluded that the confidential brokerage process was the only reason why her company received multiple high offers all while she was able to focus on having her best year ever. In other words, she believes whole heartedly that the brokerage process easily paid for iteself and that is why she started helping friends go through the process and ultimately started TBA - Central Missouri.
Every member of the Laura's team has a college degree in a field of business, has owned and opperated their own business & then sold it, and has completed extensive training through TBA corporate and other sources. They understand that the task of buying or selling a business can be overwhelming without the proper guidance and skills. Over the years, they have helped many companies and individuals with the buying and selling process ensuring confidentiality every step of the way.
