His broad range of experience includes extensive work in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and private placements of debt and equity as well as all finance, accounting and treasury functions. He began his financial career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Houston, TX after earning a BBA from the University of Texas. He is also a Certified M&A Professional. He is married and the father of two sons and one daughter.
