I am the President and owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Central Texas which serves the entire Texas market. Transworld Business Advisors is a full-service business brokerage firm and lower middle market M&A firm. We connect business buyers and sellers. I have been in the business community in the Austin and San Antonio Area of Texas for over thirty years including over twenty years as CFO for local manufacturing companies and one highly successful start-up financial service business. My broad range of experience includes extensive work in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and private placements of debt and equity as well as all finance, accounting and treasury functions.

I began my financial career as a CPA with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Houston, TX after earning a BBA from the University of Texas. I am also a Certified M&A Professional. I am married and the father of two sons and one daughter.
