Shawn Boedecker is an entrepreneur / business owner whom now serves other business owners as a Senior M&A Advisor.  He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and has been with Transworld since 2021. He and his wife owned and operated 5 successful restaurants in DFW for 11 years and then successfully exited their businesses. He then spent 5 years starting, growing and selling various B2B & B2C service businesses. He joined Transworld Business Advisors in his desire to help other owners successfully exit their own businesses. Shawn’s extensive business experience allows him to understand and overcome the challenges involved with successfully navigating the often complex selling process for his clients. During his free time, he likes to hang out with his wife and two children aged 18 & 20. He also likes to fish & relax in the Florida Keys when work allows him to escape for a few days.
