Christopher A. Sanzo is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and former beverage industry executive with more than three decades of leadership experience in sales, operations, and business management. He is the founder and owner of SanzoGT LLC, a company focused on acquiring, managing, and leasing commercial and residential properties throughout Western New York. Since founding SanzoGT LLC in 2015, Sanzo has developed and managed a growing real estate portfolio, leasing properties to a range of local, national, and international tenants including logistics, manufacturing, and service companies. His work emphasizes long-term partnerships, strategic property development, and strong tenant relationships. Prior to launching SanzoGT, Sanzo spent 25 years with Sanzo Beverage Co., Inc., a major beverage distribution company based in Olean, New York, where he served as CEO and co-owner from 1998 until 2023. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of the business including sales, financial management, supplier relations, and strategic planning. Under his leadership, the company managed multiple divisions—including beer, wine and spirits, soda, and vending—and maintained partnerships with major national suppliers such as Keurig Dr Pepper, Anheuser-Busch, and Heineken. Sanzo was responsible for major corporate decisions and led the organization through decades of growth and operational development. Earlier in his career, Sanzo held leadership roles in sales management. As Sales Manager for Sanzo Beverage Co., Inc., he developed sales strategies, managed key retail accounts, and created merchandising planograms for grocery and convenience store chains. He previously served as Sales Manager for Eagle Snacks of NY-PENN, where he oversaw sales operations across eight counties in New York and Pennsylvania and managed two warehouse facilities. During this time, he received three awards from Snack World Magazine for creative sales displays. He also began his professional career as a Financial Consultant with Shearson Lehman Brothers in Buffalo, working with high-value client accounts and developing strong client advisory and sales skills. Sanzo earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central Connecticut State University. While there, he was an accomplished student-athlete, competing in varsity swimming, serving as captain of the rugby team, and acting as treasurer of the Financial Management Club.
