Acquire a well-established glass repair and replacement business serving customers throughout Northwest Arkansas.

The company has operated for 78 years and has developed approximately 80 repeat commercial, fleet, municipal, institutional, dealership, contractor, and service-company relationships, supplemented by walk-in customers. The largest customer represents approximately 10% of annual revenue, while most other customers individually account for only 1%–2%.

2025 revenue was approximately $495,000, with seller’s discretionary earnings of approximately $75,000. The business currently operates with two working owners and one part-time employee, making it best suited for a hands-on owner-operator, experienced technician, complementary service company, or strategic buyer.
