The loans are secured by a first lien on the vehicle title which is held by the company until the loan is paid off. Interest rates are over 24% and loans are generally for up to 48 months. Default rates have historically been less than 3% due to the thorough credit approval process up front. Current Owner has grown the business through referrals and word of mouth with no advertising or marketing which leaves a huge upside for the new owner.
