Business Description

The Company is a diversified oilfield services provider with two operating locations, Site A and Site B, which serves its operating markets. Founded over 20 years ago and operated by the same ownership group, the Company has grown from a single water-hauling truck into a platform spanning hot oiling, water hauling, heating, belly-dump construction hauling, and propane delivery. $3.7M of real estate is included with the business.

The Company expects to generate $7.95 million in revenue in 2026, up from 2025 $7.4 million as new energy project commenced in 2026 and management-initiated expense controls. The Company employs approximately 36 full-time staff.  Both operating facilities are owned, and combined FF&E is valued at approximately $5.9 million.

Owner Statement: "We’ve spent over 20 years building [the Company] around reliable equipment, a diversified set of service lines, and employees who show up and get the job done right.

As produced-water hauling has shifted toward pipelines, we’ve leaned into propane delivery, belly dumps, and new markets like a major construction project — there is real room for a new owner to keep building on that diversification."
