Absentee run Boutique Fitness Franchise focusing on low impact and small purposeful movements that help clients target cardio, strength and flexibility.  These two studio locations, fusing pilates, yoga and ballet, feature 4 different group class formats that work the entire body and achieve results to lift and tone muscles resulting in better overall agility, endurance, and balance.
The Sellers are not involved in the daily operations of the business as it is run by existing management.  Current Manager's salary has been added back as to reflect a working owner-operator.  Additionally the locations can benefit should ownership be involved on a day to day basis driving an increase in the customer base, customer retention, and also taking on class instruction as well.
