With over 45 years of experience, the firm has built a database of more than 700,000 qualified buyers. Peter brings more than 40 years of commercial banking experience to Transworld and its clients. Over the course of his career, he served as a senior executive at several major banks, taking on progressively larger leadership roles. In 2002, he joined Commerce Bank to lead its expansion into New York City. Following TD Bank’s acquisition of Commerce in 2008, Peter was promoted to Market President for New York City. During the next decade, TD grew to more than 150 branches in the region and built a commercial loan portfolio exceeding $7 billion, serving small businesses, middle-market companies, commercial and multifamily real estate borrowers, as well as nonprofit organizations and government agencies. In 2018, Peter relocated to Florida to support TD Bank’s expansion in the state. As Market President for Central Florida, he led multiple banking teams that expanded the bank’s regional presence and developed a substantial commercial lending portfolio. Peter’s deep experience working with entrepreneurs and business owners, combined with Transworld’s global reach, resources, and advanced marketing systems for connecting buyers and sellers, creates a powerful combination for clients looking to buy or sell a business.
