B. Walt Wiseman is a private investor and businessman whose partnership with Transworld Business Advisors centers on helping owners and entrepreneurs across the Washington, D.C., Annapolis, and Baltimore North markets buy, sell, and grow their companies. His focus areas include government contracting, construction, and other capital-intensive industries.
Wiseman was a federal client representative in contract acquisition and administration, and went on to advise the Department of War leadership on the strategic acquisition of construction capital projects, enterprise wide. He began his career in the construction union trades, founding his own contracting firm in 2019, and has since built a portfolio of business and real estate investments. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran and a former federal law enforcement officer. He holds a master's degree in construction science and management from Clemson University and a Class A commercial contracting license.
Wiseman is motivated by a deep sense of stewardship to help selfless, high-performing owners scale their influence. He operates under Transworld's guiding principle: "Good Deals for Good People." Wiseman is a family man, grateful to be living in the Washington, D.C., area.
