Al Fialkovich is the Managing Director at Transworld, a company he co-founded with his business partner and wife, Jessica. Sailor Fialkovich is the full-time office greeter and mascot as well as the official treat tester at Transworld. Although the specifics of the small business world do interest him, he much prefers enjoying the finer things in life! During the business week, Sailor can be found exploring the halls of Enterprise Coworking, but he truly lives for his weekends where he can almost always be found outside. Some of his favorite past times include taking long hikes, camping in the mountains, or road tripping to Carmel with his parents, Al and Jessica!
Ali Elman is the Director of Operations for Transworld Business Advisors - Rocky Mountain. She is a hospitality-industry driven entrepreneur with more than ten years of experience in business consulting as well developing, funding, opening, and operating many of her own concepts. In her prior career, as the Founder of Return to Lovely Hospitality, her approach to all endeavors has been to see hospitality as a “kind act” and an opportunity to make a human connection in a positive way. It is this innovative attention to detail that Ali brings to her role with Transworld, along with her operational experience that allows her to continually improve behind the scenes processes and logistics so Transworld can focus on best serving clients.
Ali graduated from the University of California with a Business Marketing degree in 2004 and moved to New York where she worked in estate management, and was able to hone her business intuition. This experience led her to establish many of her own companies in the coffee, bar/restaurant, and nail industries which she was able to scale to multiple locations due to her successful business models. After selling her most recent venture, Black Eye Coffee, Ali was able to bring her small business focus to Transworld. Outside of work, Ali can be found spending time with her husband and young children exploring the many treasures of Denver.
Rachael Holstein has been the Marketing Manager for Transworld - Rocky Mountain since 2016. Her work experience has been largely focused on business development and marketing in business brokerage, finance, architecture, property management, and information technology. A long time resident of Cleveland, Ohio, she attained her undergrad from John Carroll University and her Master’s Degree from Cleveland State University. Sumner Crosby started with Transworld Business Advisors – Rocky Mountain in January of 2018 as an Analyst. Originally from Philadelphia, Sumner moved to Colorado to attend Colorado College and graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematical Economics. Throughout college he was a member of the varsity men's lacrosse team and spent his free time fly fishing and mountain biking. As an Analyst with Transworld, Sumner provides strategic listing support to business brokers, Al Fialkovich, Chris Cantwell, and Gary Goldwasser. Before joining the Transworld team, Sumner was an Investment Banking Analyst at George K. Baum & Co. as a member of their Education and Non-Profit Group. Having worked for visionary entrepreneurs Ted Turner, George McKerrow Jr. and Norman Brinker taught Chris about being bold in your dreams and passionate about achieving success. Over the years he moved into executive management and his experience brought him to the realization that he wanted to own his own company – since then he has been the proud owner of three separate businesses. Ross Haymes is a Certified Business Intermediary with Transworld. He draws on decades worth of experience in corporate finance and entrepreneurship to guide buyers and sellers in the direction of their goals. During his successful 20-year career with NYSE-listed Burlington Industries, Ross served as an economist before becoming Investor Relations Director. In that role he dealt with Wall Street analysts and money managers daily. After a hostile takeover, Ross decided to take control of his own destiny and become a small business owner. Previously Roger worked in financial securities with several international firms in California and later owned and operated a boutique investment brokerage. Dustin Audet has been in the hospitality and customer service world for nearly twenty years. Growing up in the Aspen Valley, he got into snowboarding at a very young age. His love of mountain sports led him to help some friends open Radio Boardshop. He then pursued an opportunity to work in an outside sales position with Ride Snowboards, controlling the Rocky Mountain territory. After a few seasons on the road and meeting his lovely wife, they settled in Denver. Seeing a few gaps in the marketplace, Dustin and his wife built up several small businesses, a coffee shop, restaurant, liquor store, and four non-toxic nail salons. But seven businesses and two kids later, it was time for a change. Since he can't give away the children, Dustin and his wife sold their businesses and searched for a new career opportunity.
