McKINNEY, TX, August 2020 – As the DFW and North Texas area continues its business resurgence, Pam Vincent, President of Transworld Business Advisors North Dallas/Ft Worth, today announced the firm’s expansion with two additional seasoned professionals: Nikki Shah and William Powell III. Shah and Powell will work with clients; providing end-to-end support for the valuation, selling, expansion, and/or franchising of their business.

Nikki Shah
Nikki Shah brings to Transworld a strong professional background coupled with the experience in successfully launching, managing, and selling her own franchise businesses.
Nikki, who speaks five languages, holds a BA, MBA, Juris Doctorate and is a licensed mediator. Her professional career includes management positions with American and Southwest Airlines; as well as the Michigan Office of the Attorney General and the Denton County District Court.
Early in her professional career, Nikki chose to add to her 9-5 salary and acquired a franchise business. That experience leads to future successful franchise ventures; culminating in her managing not only her franchise but also eight other corporate-owned locations.
Nikki lives with her family in Carrollton and is active in numerous social and business organizations including; North Texas Business Association, Economic Planning Board, and SMU Mediation/Dispute Resolution.
William Powell III
William Powell is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in investor relations, private equity management, and international business development.
Graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Powell served in expanding leadership roles within the energy and venture capital markets.
His professional career includes Strategic Equity Group and Media Capital Partners. As SVP Corporate Investor Relations for Aero Financial, William managed the company’s venture capital growth programs for emerging small/mid-cap companies.
William and his family live in Carrollton and he is active in numerous social and religious organizations; including youth mentoring, managing and coaching youth soccer, and serving as energy chairman for HCUMC.
