Amy is a West Texas native with over 15 years of diverse experience in oil and gas transactions and leadership. Prior to her role at Transworld, Amy served as an acquisitions & divestitures manager where her team executed deals collectively valued at over $7B. Her comprehensive understanding of organizational management, including business development, operations, legal and economics has enabled her to drive success in diverse business environments.

Amy is passionate about serving the Permian Basin community and always looking for ways to give back. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum and on the Big Bend Conservancy Board of Directors. Amy was also a founding board member for the Permian Basin Chapters of Women’s Energy Network and Women of Courage. From 2017 through 2023 Amy held various leadership roles, including Board President, for the Midland Rape Crisis and Children’s Advocacy Center.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Angelo State University and a Master of Business Administration in Energy from the University of Oklahoma. Amy has been married to Blake Pitcock since 2004. They have a small cattle operation and two spoiled dogs.
