Brian grew up in a family of business owners and has personal experience in buying and selling businesses of his own. After beginning his professional career in marketing and sales management that allowed him the opportunity to facilitate and teach marketing internships at prestigious California universities like UCLA, CSU Northridge, UCSB, and Loyola Marymount University, he went on to start his own marketing agency in Bakersfield, California. In 2005 a family accident brought him back to his home state of Ohio where he took over the operations of the family vending business which he scaled up and sold 10+ years later to pursue a passion in the emerging financial technology arena. By drawing on such a varied career history, Brian can apply a unique set of skills to effectively advise on exit planning strategies as well as identifying the optimal buyer for businesses while increasing shareholder value and owner benefit.

Brian is resourceful, accomplished, and a solutions-driven professional with proven expertise in financial operations, sales leadership, and business management. He has a track record of supporting customers in retaining their current relationships, as well as generating new ideas for working with new clients. Brian is experienced in business banking and fintech solutions practically from the inside out and is an expert in providing innovative solutions across the entire Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) lifecycles. Through an innate ability to collaborate with internal and external/vendor partners he has developed and executed go-to-market business development strategies. As a collaborative communicator, he is focused on building relationships and synergy across business lines to drive positive change.

As for his family, Brian resides in Jackson Township near Canton Ohio with his wife Catherine and two young children Brendon and Felicity. They enjoy boating, water sports, beaches, lawn care, gardening, and reading together as a family.
