Diane Hartz Warsoff is the CEO/Owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Utah County. Diane is a risk management and financial professional with depth and breadth of experience across all business types. Diane has extensive experience in commercial financial services, with an in-depth understanding of business valuation and operations. Prior to joining Transworld, Diane was most recently the CEO of the Community Development Corporation of Utah. Before CDCU, she was Vice President at Zions Bancorporation, where she was responsible for ensuring policies and procedures were in compliance with regulatory requirements and safe banking practices.
Diane received an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in Economics in Finance and MIS from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Diane has lived in Utah for more than 20 years. She is an active community volunteer, serving as Treasurer on the United Jewish Federation of Utah’s board of directors, while working with several other nonprofits. She was a member of the Utah Microenterprise Loan Fund Credit Committee, and provided strategic planning expertise to TreeUtah. She served as a French interpreter at the Salt Lake Winter Olympics in February 2002.
