Diane is the Managing Partner/Owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Utah County. She is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), awarded by the International Business Brokers Association. Diane has always had a passion for small business, especially in her roles as a risk management and financial professional. She has extensive experience in commercial financial services, with an in-depth understanding of business valuation and operations. Prior to joining Transworld, Diane was most recently the CEO of the Community Development Corporation of Utah, a housing nonprofit that helps families achieve their dream of homeownership. Diane received an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in Economics in Finance and MIS from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a licensed Realtor in Utah. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Diane has lived in Utah for nearly 30 years. She is an active community volunteer, serving as Treasurer on the National Council of Jewish Women of Utah’s board of directors, and she also provides strategic and financial expertise to various social service organizations. Diane also had a blast serving as a French interpreter at the Salt Lake Winter Olympics in February 2002.
