Mark has held senior management positions with two large corporations in the electronics industry including DuPont/Berg Electronics and Viasystems, Inc. With these companies, Mark was part of the teams that made numerous global acquisitions to help facilitate growth. He also managed company divisions with facilities in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Mark used his attained experience in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to help him make a successful transition to the next phases of his career as a business consultant, Interim President of a drug discovery equipment manufacturer, founder of a global sourcing and engineering company, and more recently as the President and COO of a Virginia moving, storage, and logistics company.

Mark has been on the buy side with several global and domestic acquisitions, as well as the sell side with the sale of the company he founded and the sale of the moving and logistics company, where he was president. Mark brings a unique perspective, knowledge, and experience that can help bring sellers and buyers together for a successful transition.
