His experience includes managing a leadership team and orchestrating the sale of majority ownership to private equity, showcasing his expertise in deal structuring and negotiations.

In addition to his 24 years of leadership in the surveillance industry, Will served as President and Owner of a hair salon franchise, where he gained valuable insights into operational management and client relations. His diverse background equips him with a deep understanding of business dynamics and the intricacies of facilitating successful transactions.

Beyond his professional achievements, Will is actively involved in philanthropic endeavors, demonstrating a commitment to giving back to the community.
