Brian Whitta is the Managing Director of Transworld Business Advisors of Northwest Ohio, as well as Principal Broker and President of Coldwell Banker Flag City and Coldwell Banker Commercial Flag City. His integrated approach to residential real estate, commercial real estate, and business brokerage is intentional: clients selling a business, divesting associated real estate, and planning their next chapter can work with one team that understands the complete picture. Brian entered the real estate and business advisory profession in 2005, bringing a background in sales, retail management, and operations leadership in public education. Since then, he has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, strategic thinker, and advocate for business owners and property investors throughout Northwest Ohio. Passionate about supporting businesses of all sizes, Brian works with entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and family-owned companies to navigate growth, transition, succession, acquisition, and exit planning. Recognized by his peers as REALTOR® of the Year on two occasions, Brian has been an active leader within organized real estate at the local and state levels. He has served Ohio REALTORS® as State Political Coordinator for Senate District 1 since 2017 and is a past District 2 Vice President, past member of the Ohio REALTORS® Executive Committee, and past Chair of the Legislative Steering Committee. He also serves as a Director of the West Central Association of REALTORS® in Lima and is currently pursuing the CCIM designation. Because of his unique blend of experience in business brokerage, commercial real estate, residential real estate, public affairs, and organizational leadership, Brian is frequently sought out as a thought leader and resource by business owners, nonprofit organizations, industry groups, and elected officials. He is often invited to provide insight on economic development, business succession, entrepreneurship, real estate, and public policy issues affecting communities across Ohio. Brian is active in his church, supports charitable organizations throughout the region, and lives in Northwest Ohio with his wife and children.
