Galen brings a wide range of skills to TBA of Central Ohio. Having spent two decades as a commercial lender and Chief Lending Officer of a community bank in the Central Ohio footprint, he has worked with many business customers throughout their business life cycles, ranging from acquisition, growth and sale. His many years as a banker has helped develop a wide network of professionals that can become involved as necessary. Galen is known for bringing people together. In 2023, he also worked with TBA of Central Ohio to purchase a business of his own giving him a unique perspective of the process. As a business owner, he also can appreciate aspects of ownership that can easily be overlooked. He has a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University in Athens as well as a graduate diploma from the graduate school of banking in Madison Wisconsin.
