Jake Whitta is the president and CEO of the Transworld Business Advisors office in Northwest Ohio. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, product development, innovation, finance, and commercialization of products in mass retailers including The Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Sam’s Club, and many others. Jake is the former Vice President of Engineering for a large privately held company where he managed a team and product portfolio worth over $1 Billion at retail. In that role, he reported to the founder and chief innovation officer and served as an executive leader of the organization. He is creative in finding solutions to challenges that are not otherwise visible to others. Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the College of Engineering at the University of Toledo. He is passionate about helping business owners sell their businesses, and current & future entrepreneurs find their next venture.
