Lionel Cohen
Lionel Cohen served in the US Army, stationed in South Korea in 1954/55. After his discharge, he returned to academic pursuits graduating from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Sociology. After receiving his degree, Lionel chose to concentrate his talents in the broad field of real estate. He obtained his real estate licenses in Indiana and California. He had a successful, lifelong career specializing in property management and apartment development in Indiana and Illinois. He also co-developed a 120-acre PUD and 54-acre Business Park. Lionel now brings his vast experience and problem-solving abilities to Transworld to help clients achieve their goals, whether it be buying or selling a business.
He and his wife Anne reside in Miller Beach in Gary, Indiana, and spend their winters in sunny California. They enjoy spending time with family and spoiling their grandchildren.
