Matt, co-owner of Transworld Business Advisors of Orange, brings extensive expertise as a Certified Business Broker (CBB), Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and Certified Mergers & Acquisition Professional. He has represented clients across industries like manufacturing, healthcare, SaaS, and aerospace.
Matt is dedicated to helping business owners navigate the complex process of preparing and selling their businesses. With an M.S. in Physics and an MBA in Global Management, Matt spent 30 years in corporate roles, including co-founding a nano-tech startup and managing international teams at a Fortune 500 company. In 2016, he transitioned to business brokerage, focusing on helping clients navigate the sale of their businesses with confidence.

Nassim, co-owner of a full business brokerage and Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory agency with his partner, Matt Manavi, brings over 38 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing. He has founded and successfully sold multiple companies, including one for $40M to a publicly traded firm.
Nassim has extensive expertise across various industries, from material handling to pharmaceuticals, and serves on the boards of several companies in control integration, RF technology, real estate, and retail. He holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and completed his master’s courses at the University of Louisville. In 2014, Nassim expanded into business brokerage with Transworld Business Advisors.
