Business Brokers primarily represent sellers, dedicating their time to identify potential buyers, establish connections, and match them with suitable business listings. You will play a pivotal role in keeping sellers informed throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction. This is a full-time 100% commission-based opportunity with pay range up to $500k+.

· Lead generation: Prospecting throughout the greater metro Atlanta area to identify business owners ready to sell. This role relies on continual footwork and networking.
· Buyer-Seller Matchmaking: Engage in proactive efforts to find potential buyers for listed businesses. This involves reaching out, making calls, and conducting meetings to identify suitable matches for our clients' businesses.
· Buyer Qualification: Thoroughly review buyer's business acquisition preferences and conduct pre-qualification assessments to ensure they are genuinely interested and financially capable of pursuing a business purchase.
· Facilitating Transactions: Guide and support buyers through the process of submitting offers, conducting due diligence, coordinating external financing (if required), and overseeing closing activities.
· Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with sellers, providing updates on buyer interactions and progress throughout the transaction.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the administrative staff and other business brokers to share insights, collaborate on projects, and enhance overall team performance.
· Networking: Build and maintain a strong network within the local business community to source potential buyers and sellers and expand business opportunities.
· Organization and Focus: Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring meticulous organization and attention to detail to ensure successful outcomes.
